Our project “More than Living” is presented in the scope of the “Exposição Vazios Construídos” exhibition at the Université Fédérale de Bahia, Brésil. The exhibition lasts from November 8 to December 17, 2017.
And another publication hot off the press! This very dense book presents the phenomenon of cooperative building in Switzerland and especially in the City of Zurich. For the first time, it provides a comprehensive overview of cooperative building and living in Zurich. The book presents about 50 projects in detail. Our two projects “Buchegg Estate” and “Hunziker Areal” are part of it.
Quart Verlag has published a beautiful publication entitled “Zürcher Wohnungsbau 1995 - 2015” (Zurich Housing Construction 1995 - 2015). The extensive work is an anthology of more than 100 individual buildings, ensembles and estates that have been built over a period of 20 years in the City of Zurich. Our project “More than Living” is also presented, to be found on page 420 ff.
Our competition project for a new congress and conference centre near Heidelberg Central Station was awarded a special mention. 30 teams had been invited to participate. Congratulations to Degelo Architects from Basel on winning first prize.
Our office trip on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Duplex Architects takes us to the Italianità of Naples. A spectrum of impressions and contrasts, architectural traces from antiquity, the Middle Ages to the present, sun and rain, beaches and good food. Happy birthday, Duplex!

The 14th Zurich Architects’ Football Tournament took place at the Sonnau sports field in Wollishofen on 8 July. 32 teams participated. The tournament has been organised by Architekturforum Zurich since 2004. This year’s coveted challenge cup goes to the Construction Department of the Canton of Zurich. We were there!
